# In Motion Automation — brand documents

Source of truth for the public site, client paper, and research packs.

Live site this kit matches: [agentsinmotion.ai](https://www.agentsinmotion.ai/) (Frosted D). Legal name **Agents in Motion LLC** appears only in tiny footers. The public name is **In Motion Automation**.

**Agents:** public stills and site chrome → this file, section **Public site and photography**. Client stationery → `skills/brand-documents/SKILL.md`. Research papers / decision decks → `skills/ima-research-documents/SKILL.md` (and global `ima-research-documents` on Grok Bot). Then this file. Do not invent a new look.

---

## The rule

Client work is the subject. We are the paper it sits on.

If a stranger flips the document, they should know it is from In Motion Automation within two seconds — and they should not feel advertised to. Subtle, personable, recognizable. Never loud.

| They see first | They notice second | They should not see |
|---|---|---|
| The client’s name | A quiet wordmark, a 3mm navy bar, warm paper | “AGENTS IN MOTION” as a title, the full glow logo on every page, magenta fills, watermarks |

Three lanes. Same tokens. Do not mix photography between them.

| Lane | Where | Look |
|---|---|---|
| **Public site** | www.agentsinmotion.ai | Frosted D chrome. Night photographs from above. |
| **Client stationery** | Letters, invoices, reports, portals | Quiet paper. Client name leads. |
| **Research** | Jake evidence packs | Termes letter. True 16:9 cool decks. |

---

## Names

| Use | Where |
|---|---|
| **In Motion Automation** | Wordmark, running headers, “Prepared by” |
| **In Motion** + muted **Automation** | Wordmark lockup (`In Motion <span>Automation</span>`) |
| **Agents in Motion LLC** | Legal line in the footer of bound docs only |
| **agentsinmotion.ai** | Footer, letterhead, portal whisper |
| **mr.roboto@agentsinmotion.ai** | Contact. Not a personal Gmail. |

Do not write “AIM”, “IMA Agency”, or “powered by Agents in Motion” on client paper.

---

## Tokens

Defined in `css/ima-docs.css`. Copy these hexes; do not approximate.

Three vibes. Same templates. Do not mix inside one delivery.

| | Warm paper (default) | Cool technical (`ima-cool`) | Fresh (`ima-fresh`) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Use when | Letters, brand, hospitality — feels like stationery | Specs, install notes — steel, cyan, sharper | Light rooms — white, a tick of color, no cream |
| How | `<body class="ima-doc">` | `<body class="ima-doc ima-cool">` | `<body class="ima-doc ima-fresh">` |
| Paper | `#FAFAF8` | `#F2F5F8` | `#FFFFFF` |
| Stone | `#F5F4F2` | `#E6EBEF` | `#F4F9FB` hover/whisper only |
| Line | `#E9E7E4` | `#CDD5DD` | `#E8EEF2` |
| Ink | `#17191E` | `#10151C` | `#1A2A38` |
| Muted | `#6F7278` | `#5A6572` | `#6A7B88` |
| Bar | 3mm navy | 2mm navy + cyan hairline | 2mm orbit stripe (not a navy fill) |
| Radius | 14px / 8px | 8px / 4px | 12px / 8px |
| Callout | soft stone fill | stone fill, sharper corners | white + hairline border |

Orbit colors (`#4EC3E0` cyan, `#3B6FE8` blue, `#6B4DE8` violet, `#E04AA8` magenta) live **on the logo**, on the cool cyan hairline, and on the fresh orbit stripe. Never as a page fill, never as an accent edge on a rounded box. Fresh has **no navy chrome** — white rail, white page.

Preview and portals keep the vibe in the URL: `?vibe=warm|cool|fresh`.

Type (all vibes):

- **Geist** 400 / 500 / 600 — everything
- **Geist Mono** — kickers, page numbers, dates, control labels
- Scale on A4: display 28pt, h1 18pt, h2 12.5pt, h3 10.5pt, lede 11.5pt, body 10.5pt / 1.5. Slides: display 26pt, h1 21pt, body 12.5pt. Screen body 16px / 1.6. Display tracking `-0.04em`.

Ease `cubic-bezier(.32, .72, 0, 1)`. Pills stay 999px on the live-site nav.

## Logo

Files in `brand/assets/`:

| File | Use |
|---|---|
| `in-motion-logo.png` | Cover medallion only, inside `.ima-stone` (frost on the disc) |
| `textless-logo.png` | Whisper mark beside the wordmark. Letterhead: `.ima-stone--whisper` (9mm). Never 18mm+ empty. |

Rules:

1. Size the stone with `--ima-stone-size` only — never a separate height (that turns it into an egg). Use `.ima-stone--full` only on `in-motion-logo.png`. Textless marks stay uncropped. **No frost bubble on navy covers** (the mark is already glossy). **No outer halo, no extra ring.**
2. On inner pages the textless mark is `.ima-stone--whisper` (9mm) beside the wordmark. On covers the textless mark sits inline beside the document type (8mm on paper, 7mm on slides). No medallion on covers: a big logo makes the document read as being about us. `in-motion-logo.png` is for the style-book lockup only.
3. Never place the full glow logo large on a letter, a report body page, or a portal content column.
4. If the client has a logo, theirs is top-left. Ours is top-right or footer.

## Public site and photography (locked 2026-10-05)

Frosted D is the live site look: warm paper `#FAFAF8`, ink `#17191E`, navy `#0B1622`, Geist, a frost-glass nav pill, a faint grain overlay. Orbit cyan `#4EC3E0`, blue `#3B6FE8`, violet `#6B4DE8`, magenta `#E04AA8` live on the mark and as motion light in photographs. Never as a page fill.

Public photographs use **overhead time**: the camera is high. One person or one object is still. Everyone else is a long-exposure streak. Dusk or full night. Downtown, waterfront, professional rooms. Cinematic and photoreal. The people who hire us want that room.

Live proof: the Scheduled routines cell on [www.agentsinmotion.ai](https://www.agentsinmotion.ai/) uses `systems.jpg` (elevated dusk office over Tampa Bay, one operator still, corridor light streaks, a rack in a glass closet). The label stays **Scheduled routines**. Copy on home is Jake’s words; agents do not rewrite it.

Style-book stills: `brand/assets/imagery/`. Working board: `dev/play/image-options.html`.

### Recipe

- Elevated camera. Wide enough to read the room or the shore.
- One still subject. Light trails for the rest (people, traffic, neon in water).
- Dusk or night. City lights on. Cyan, violet, magenta as streaks and reflections.
- Physical scale. A phone is a phone. A monitor is a monitor. A person is person-sized.
- Caption names what is in the frame: how many floors are lit, whether boats sit in slips, whether neon is actually there.

### Locks

| Still | File | What is in the picture |
|---|---|---|
| Bay | `imagery/bay-orbit.jpg` | Night causeway, gold traffic, cyan-to-magenta ring in the water, city on both shores |
| Plaza | `imagery/plaza.jpg` | Night waterfront plaza, one still figure, orbit light |
| Clover | `imagery/clover.jpg` | Overhead night interchange, long-exposure traffic, city beyond |
| Marina | `imagery/marina.jpg` | Boats in slips, neon on the shore, light in the fairway |
| Systems | `imagery/systems.jpg` | Dusk office floor over Tampa Bay, one still operator, streaks, rack in a glass closet. Live home cell. |
| Pier | `imagery/pier.jpg` | Real St. Pete Pier Head (2020 Rogers Partners stacked cantilever), cyan and magenta on the walk and in the water |

Marina physics: hulls in slips, fairway clear, activity on the docks. Pier: that building only. If a still cannot show the real Pier Head, skip the pier.

### Chrome on the site

- Paper field. Navy as a bar, a band, or a night-photo scrim. Magenta stays in the streaks.
- Nav is a 999px frost pill.
- Bento stays four columns until 768px. At phone, stack one column. A photo cell at phone needs a real height (about 380px).
- Night photo cells: navy fade from the bottom, type in paper `#F2F6FA`. Cream scrim on a night still washes the picture out.
- Buttons contrast. On paper: ink fill, white label. On navy: pale fill `#F2F6FA`, navy label. A parent `a { color }` must not override `.btn`. Light fill needs a dark label, and the reverse.
- Glass medallion is the mark.

### Line icons (chosen 2026-11-04)

Icons on paper use the screen-print style, shown in the style book at `index.html#icons`: a thick ink line with one flat color plate cut for each object, like a misregistered 1950s print. The plate covers the lower right of the object's main body, follows its outline just outside the line, and ends in one loose curve across the body, so its size and shape change with the object. Steam, clips, handles and other small parts stay uncolored. Plates cycle cyan, violet and magenta. A same-size blob behind every icon is wrong. Lines are thick, caps are rounded, and there is no text, no shadow and no gradient. The icons sit on paper or white.

Make a set as one sprite sheet in one Grok image, so its icons match, with `sprite-c-print.png` as the style reference. Then run `clean_sprites.py` to make the paper transparent and center each icon. Prompts and script: `assets/line-icons/`. Live: the three How it works cards on www.

### Illustrations: quiet paper (on hold for www, 2026-11-04)

Small scenes for cards, shown in the style book at `index.html#illustrations`. The style is 1950s flat geometric: a sparse black ink line, mostly paper, one solid navy shape per scene, and small flat cyan and violet shapes. There are no orbit crescents, no shading or hatching, and no text or digits. Steam is plain wavy curls. The scenes are made for paper and white.

Draw related scenes together in one Grok image so they match, then edit out anything the style leaves out. Prompts: `assets/illustrations/PROMPTS.md`. On a page, a drawing sits in a 5:4 frame, `--media-w` wide (176px; 160px on phones), with `--gap-media` above it (56px; 40px on phones) and one 8px step more below.

The two scenes were made for the home page's picture cards. Those cards are hidden for now and come back only when Jake says so.

### Stationery stills stay on paper

Reports, invoices, and letters may use cream, wood, frost objects, blank letterhead, a session table. Public pages show the city at night, or an install that is running.

### Never on a public still

- Blank phone, blank monitor, or blank kiosk as a plate to brand later
- Type baked into the photograph (layout carries type)
- Suburban house, strip mall, empty marina, invented pier
- Objects bigger than the people next to them
- Captions that invent neon, extra floors, or a person who is not there
- Paper / wood / cream-letter still-lifes as the home or notes hero

Generate new stills from a lock above. Keep older tiles in the board when exploring; do not delete them. Ship to www only when Jake names the asset.

## Page geometry

**Default stock: A4 (210 × 297 mm).** European uncoated. US Letter is the class `ima-letter` on `<html>` — same system, different sheet.

| | A4 | Letter |
|---|---|---|
| Sheet | 210 × 297 mm | 215.9 × 279.4 mm |
| Margins | 18mm | 18mm |
| Top bar | 3mm navy | 3mm navy |
| Booklet gutter | +6mm inner | +6mm inner |

Presentations: **16:9** on screen. Print as **A4 landscape**. Same type, fewer words, bigger type.

HTML portals: not a printed page. Use `css/ima-portal.css`. One grid: 2px vibe bar across the top, sidebar 256px, a 64px header row and a 64px footer row shared by rail and main so every hairline meets across the rail edge. Client name in the header, IMA in the rail and footer.

### Print stock (when a human prints)

- Internals: 90–100 gsm uncoated, warm white / natural (not optical-bright copy paper if you can help it). Munken, Color Copy Natural, or the house equivalent.
- Cover: 250–300 gsm uncoated or soft-touch. No gloss laminate.
- Grain overlay is **screen only**. It looks dirty on a cheap laser. CSS already drops it in `@media print`.

## Anatomy, by document

### Cover (reports, booklets, decks)

Navy field. 2.2mm orbit-gradient bar at the top. Header: wordmark left, date right (mono kicker). No medallion. The stack: **document type at 16pt** (`.ima-cover-kind`: Delivery report, Runbook, Incident report, Install notes, Working session) with the **textless mark inline to its left** (`.ima-cover-mark`, 8mm on paper, 7mm on slides, sized to the line it sits on), kicker “Prepared for”, **client name as the display type** (28pt), rule, document title as the lede. Footer: agentsinmotion.ai left, “Confidential to the named client” right.

Three things must be readable from across a desk, in this order: the client’s name, what kind of document it is, that it is ours. The medallion never competes with the first two.

### Inside cover / control sheet

Paper field. No second giant logo. Document control (client, engagement, date, version, owner, contact) in the definition grid. Contents list. Classification in the footer: “Confidential to the named client”.

### Body

3mm navy bar. Running header: wordmark left, client name right — **or** client name left and a whisper right, never two competing brands. Body copy. Quiet tables. Stone callouts. Optional navy band for a single pointed sentence. Footer: url + page number in Geist Mono.

### Letterhead

Whisper 9mm orbit + wordmark left. Address block right (name, legal name, url, email). Hairline. Then a proper business letter at one 132mm measure, one face: date, recipient address block, **Re:** subject line, salutation, body, next steps as a short numbered list, closing with 14mm of signature room, name, role, email. No boxes or callouts inside a letter. Footer: legal name · “Prepared for [client]” · url.

### Invoice

Apple Store invoice rhythm, IMA tokens. Sparse type. No Apple marks.

Mark + wordmark top-left at 16pt, **Invoice** as a small bold title under it, then "Do not pay" in 8pt. Two-column pairs: invoice number / date, billed-to / from. Labels 600, values 400, one typeface, no mono. Line items: description, code, unit price, quantity, amount. Under a line, an indented uppercase options list like Apple's configuration block. Hairline grey rules only (`--ima-invoice-rule`), never ink. Totals stacked right against the note, then Payment and Additional information under their own hairlines. Paid invoices keep "Do not pay" and amount due `$0.00`.

Client name leads in Billed to. IMA stays the paper.

The invoice states the ownership rule in the legal line: software Agents in Motion LLC creates stays its property, including software the client asked for. Payment is for the work and for permission to run it. Point at `terms/services-agreement.html`. Do not point at the marketing homepage as if it were the contract.

### Engagement paper

Cool (`ima-doc ima-cool`). Fill the brackets, then export.

| Paper | File | Job |
|---|---|---|
| Working guidelines | `terms/working-guidelines.html` | How a job runs. Shorter than the contract. |
| Services agreement | `terms/services-agreement.html` | What both sides sign. Section 5 owns the software question. |
| Statement of work | `templates/statement-of-work.html` | One job: work, price, dates. |

On price and dates, the statement of work wins. On ownership of software, the services agreement wins.

Software we create belongs to Agents in Motion LLC no matter who asked for it. The client may run what they have paid for, in their own business. Their data, accounts, and marks stay theirs. Do not write that our classifier, agents, or workflows become theirs at handoff.

House money default, unless that job’s statement of work names another split: half before we start, half at handoff, due on receipt. Fourteen days after handoff to fix defects against the statement of work.

Have counsel read the agreement before the first client signs.

### Presentation

**Client decks** (this section). Title slide = cover rules. Inner slides: client name left, wordmark right, one idea, one kicker number. Closing slide = navy, contact, no new claims. Print stock here is A4 landscape.

**Research / decision decks** are a separate lane: true 16:9 IMA cool, Termes letter paper companion — see [Research papers and decision decks](#research-papers-and-decision-decks-chief-house-standard-locked-2026-09-25).

### Portal (HTML)

**Rail is ours. Page is theirs.** Header: **Client / document title**. Whisper url on the right. Footer legal line. Content column is the client’s.

| Vibe | Rail / header / footer |
|---|---|
| Warm | Cream stone rail, 2px navy bar across the top, frosted cream header, white active item |
| Cool | Steel rail, 2px cyan bar across the top, pale active item. Sharper corners. |
| Fresh | White rail, white header, white page. 2px orbit stripe across the top. No navy fill, no accent edges. |

A top pill nav (from the live site) is allowed when there is no sidebar — marketing-adjacent artifacts only, not a client portal.

## Research papers and decision decks (Chief house standard, locked 2026-09-25)

Two lanes share the IMA name. They do **not** share type or chrome.

| Lane | Audience | Type / chrome | Skill |
|---|---|---|---|
| **Client stationery** | Named client | Geist · warm/cool/fresh · A4 (or Letter) · client name leads | `brand-documents` |
| **Research / decision** | Jake (evidence packs) | Letter LaTeX **TeX Gyre Termes** · true **16:9** IMA cool decks · research question leads | `ima-research-documents` |

Do not invent a third look. Client templates stay as they are. This section locks the research lane.

Gold paper (clone preamble exactly): box path `/workspace/outputs/bytestream-creator-metrics/2026-09-25/latex/CREATOR-GROWTH-METRICS.tex`
Deck kit (current standard, Rev 2, 2026-11-04): `research/deck-kit/` · https://brand.agentsinmotion.ai/research/deck-kit/ · download https://brand.agentsinmotion.ai/research/deck-kit/deck-kit.zip

### A. Research papers (US Letter LaTeX)

**Purpose.** Scientific / evidence papers for Jake. Bytestream Research attribution is fine. Not client stationery. Not a product pitch.

**Gold template.** Clone the preamble from `CREATOR-GROWTH-METRICS.tex` exactly. Do not rebuild fonts, geometry, fancyhdr, titlesec, or abstract from memory. Outside the box, use `TEMPLATE.tex` from the public starter kit (https://brand.agentsinmotion.ai/research/starter-kit/starter-kit.zip); it carries the same preamble with a neutral skeleton.

**Typeface.** **TeX Gyre Termes** (`tgtermes`). Not Geist for this lane.

**Geometry.** `\usepackage[margin=1in]{geometry}` only. US Letter 612×792 pt. No custom title-page geometry.

**Title.** Default `\maketitle` only.

Forbidden:

- `\@maketitle` overrides
- `\Large` / title-size hacks
- Unbalanced orphan title lines

Break long titles with `\\` into **two balanced lines** under default `\LARGE`.

**Headers / footers (fancyhdr).**

- Header left: short title
- Header right: `Bytestream Research` (or the project research attribution)
- Footer: **single center folio** only (`\thepage`)
- No double folios. No left+right page numbers.

**Abstract.** Question + method/rubric + findings only. No spend, Treg, or freefetch method theater in the abstract.

**Body hygiene.**

- Never put Treg / `$` research-budget amounts in body or abstract (ops handbacks only).
- Scientific discussion. No product-recommendation framing (“what we should build/instrument”).
- A named product may appear only as a **labeled research subject** when scored.

**Citations.** `natbib` authoryear. Real sources only. Confidence labels on thin claims.

---

### Dataviz (research figures)

Hard rules for every chart in letter papers and decision decks. Gold examples live under `brand/examples/` and the box CGM / rapid-growth packs.

**Lagom.** Sparse ink. Clear hierarchy. No 3D. No rainbow. No chartjunk (shadows, glow fills, decorative grids, clip-art markers).

**Palette.** Cool-lane friendly: ink / navy / sky / cyan for ticks, axes, and primary series. Orbit magenta / cyan / orange only as **small accents** (a highlight bar, a callout tick) — never as rainbow categorical fills across a whole chart.

**Libraries.** matplotlib, MATLAB, or other real plotting libs. Forbidden: AI-generated fake charts, screenshot-of-Excel with wrong brand chrome, hand-composited “charts” that invent geometry.

**Data.** Source-backed series only. Caption or footnote the source. No invented series. Confidence labels when the claim is thin.

**Labels.** No overlapping labels — Chief hard fail. Readable axis titles with units. Legible category names; abbreviate cleanly rather than stacking collisions.

**Paper embeds.** Prefer **vector PDF** figures in LaTeX (`\includegraphics` of `.pdf`). Keep the companion PNG for decks and previews.

**Deck embeds.** PNG and/or PDF copies of the **same** figure files used in the paper. Captions credit the paper fig.

**Reuse.** Paper figures → deck figures (same art, same numbers). Do not redraw with different numbers or a different visual system.

**Forbidden.**

- Dual-axis tricks without a real need
- Pie charts for more than 4 categories
- Glow neon series / halo discs behind plots
- Inter (or other banned faces) on chart text when the face is controllable
- Watermarked orbit discs behind plots

**Gold examples.**

- Figures: `brand/examples/example-dataviz-unanswered.png`, `example-dataviz-revenue-at-risk.png` (Figures 3 and 4 of the local automation market study)
- Letter: `brand/examples/LOCAL-AUTOMATION-MARKET-STUDY.pdf`
- Deck: no public deck example; decks carry our own strategy and stay internal.
- Client brand (paid option): `brand/examples/BVRNRATE-SBA-PROJECTIONS-THAT-PASS.pdf`, a 20-page guide built entirely in the client's brand with no In Motion mark. Style book: `#client-brand`.
- Box gold pack: `/workspace/outputs/bytestream-creator-metrics/2026-09-25/` (incl. `latex/figures/`)
- Live: https://brand.agentsinmotion.ai/#research · https://brand.agentsinmotion.ai/examples/

**Filename.** Bytestream lane prefix: `BYTESTREAM-`.

**Output packing.** PDF at pack root + `latex/` + figures + `CHIEF-HANDBACK.md`.

### B. Decision / evidence decks (true 16:9 IMA cool) — deck standard Rev 2, 2026-11-04

**Purpose.** Jake-facing decision decks that compress a finished report. Deck agents must not invent research.

**Build from the deck kit.** `research/deck-kit/` (live: https://brand.agentsinmotion.ai/research/deck-kit/ · zip: https://brand.agentsinmotion.ai/research/deck-kit/deck-kit.zip · reference render `research/deck-kit/EXAMPLE-DECK.pdf`). Jake set it as the standard on 4 Nov 2026 after the decks of that day, which he rated a notch above the older CGM-chrome decks for formatting, imagery and type size. The kit README holds the full rule; the short form:

- **Page.** True 16:9, 960 × 540 pt (`@page { size: 13.333in 7.5in; margin: 0; }`), exported with `export.sh --deck-16x9`. Not A4 landscape.
- **Body.** `class="ima-doc ima-cool"`, Geist embedded, kit type sizes (H1 27 px, reading text 13.8 px). Cut words rather than shrink type.
- **Slides.** Only the kit patterns: navy cover with a photo panel and caption; main message with three numbers; terms; report figure beside text; table beside a photo; offer grid with a price column; dated tests; decisions; sources in four columns.
- **Every content slide.** Deck name and wordmark on top, mono kicker, an H1 that states the slide's finding as one sentence, a source line with numbered sources, exactly one `ima-slide-num`.
- **Charts.** The report's figures, same files, drawn with `research/deck-kit/figures/house_figures.py`: finding title above, source note below, Geist on chart text.
- **Stills.** Two to four generated illustrations in the overhead-time recipe (Public site and photography), captioned "Illustration: …", never shown as the client's real site.
- **Internal badge.** Every internal deck: a yellow `Internal` badge after the date on the cover; cover number line `Confidential · decision research · internal`. Internal letter papers: a yellow `INTERNAL` box under the date on the title page.
- **Check.** Look at every slide in the contact sheet before handing over; ship check the words; carry `IMA-VOICE-LOCK.md`.

| Slide | `ima-slide-num` content |
|---|---|
| Cover | `Confidential · decision research · internal` |
| Content | Integer slide number only |
| Last | `Confidential · In Motion Automation` |

Forbidden: stacked print page chrome; `counter(page)` double numbers; a giant glow logo on content slides; consultant slogan H1s; invented stats; treg, spend or agent process on slides; Bytestream product-recommendation slides; a third look.

**Length.** 10 to 16 slides.

---

### C. Production sequence (ops)

1. Paper owner builds the letter PDF to the house LaTeX locks.
2. Chief (or named reviewer) reviews locks + substance → PASS / HOLD.
3. Deck owner builds true 16:9 **only after paper PASS** (deck agents must not invent research).
4. Chief reviews deck chrome + fidelity → PASS / HOLD.
5. Remirror to Mac Downloads + Atlas reports **only after PASS**.

Remirror pattern:

- Downloads: `…-LATEX.pdf` + `…-DECK.pdf`
- Atlas: `Main/01 Projects/Atlas/reports/YYYY-MM-DD-<slug>/`

Chief must approve before remirror.

---

### D. Tone

- Point first. Lagom. Complete sentences.
- Match `jake-house-writing` bans (prime-contrast punch, marketing gerunds, quantity headlines for inventory branding, metaphorical gate, ops-instruction bleed on slides, AI-slop word list).
- **Ban method-theater / instruction rehash:** never elevate hygiene instructions into findings or takeaways (e.g. “where numbers are unpublished, the honest research move is to say so,” “this paper says so rather than inventing TAM/CPM”). Doing that is the default — not a point. One dry Methods clause is enough if needed; prefer silence. See `jake-house-writing`.
- Client stationery lane still: **client name leads**.
- Research lane: **research question / evidence leads**. IMA is the paper, not the billboard.

## Voice on paper

Match the site: short, dry, personable. Point first.

- “The system is live. This page is the drawer note.”
- “Less busywork. More motion.”
- Not: “We’re excited to partner with you on a holistic AI transformation.”

No lorem ipsum in anything a client might see. Sample copy in the templates is labeled as sample; replace it.

---

## What never ships

- Method-theater: “we didn’t invent TAM/CPM,” “honest research move is to say so,” or other brief-rehashes staged as findings
- Inter, Roboto, Arial as the designed face (system fallbacks only)
- Purple/magenta page backgrounds
- Glow, halo, extra ring on the logo
- “CONFIDENTIAL” stamps in red
- Watermarked discs behind body type
- Drop shadows that will eat toner
- IMA outranking the client on an inner page
- Personal email addresses
- Dark-mode body pages (print is paper; navy is for covers and bands)
- Public-site photographs that break the overhead-time recipe (blank screens, paper still-lifes, suburban housing, fake pier, empty marina, lying captions)
