Re: Email intake, scope and start date

Dear Alex,

Thank you for your time last week. This letter confirms what we agreed on the call, in the same language we used there. Nothing has been added.

We will install the email intake workflow on your mailbox, test it against live mail for five business days, and hand you a short operating note so your team can run it without us. Anything beyond that scope is a separate conversation, and I will raise it with you before any work begins.

To start, three things need to happen:

1. I will send credential instructions on Monday, September 8.
2. You reply with access to the shared mailbox.
3. We begin the install the same week and report on Friday.

If any of this differs from your understanding, reply to this letter and we will correct it before we start.
