01

What was installed

Inbound mail is read, classified, and written into the sheet you named. Nothing leaves your workspace. Drafts stay drafts until a person sends them.

02

How it runs

It fires on a schedule you set. Quiet hours stay quiet. If a message does not match a known shape, it is parked for review instead of guessed.

The point. You should not have to think about this on a Tuesday. If you do, tell us — that is a defect, not a feature.

03

What we need from you

Access stays yours. If a password rotates, send the new one. If the sheet moves, send the new link. That is the whole list.

04

If something breaks

Write mrroboto@agentsinmotion.ai. Include the time it failed and one example message. We answer in one business day during the included window.

Included window

Two weeks of parsing tweaks after launch. New scope is a new note.

Thank you for the trust. We will stay out of the way unless you call.
