Software Agents in Motion LLC creates for this statement of work is the property of Agents in Motion LLC. That includes software the client asked for. The client receives permission to run the installed software under the services agreement. Payment does not transfer the software.
The client’s data, accounts, and marks stay the client’s. By signing, the client agrees to the services agreement, version 1.0, dated 26 September 2026, and to these working guidelines of the same date.
